“Over 20 years ago, I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and have since experienced chronic back pain intermittently. Most days, the pain is minimal and dull, but the slightest movements or prolonged sitting can trigger sharp pain in my upper back, sometimes making it difficult to lift my head. When these pains are triggered, they affect my motivation to stay active and leave me feeling mentally fatigued. As part of our Live PWRfully wellness program at work, I discovered educational materials on musculoskeletal issues and gained free access to a wearable pain relief device called Enzo. I use it on my worst pain days, and it significantly reduces the duration of my discomfort. I'm very thankful for the wellness program, as I'm feeling better during my workouts and my motivation is returning. The technology is easy to use, and I even use it while at work!” –Adolph Flores, Supervisor, IT Service Delivery
