Brussels, 3 September 2024 – Euroclear is pleased to announce two leadership changes to enhance the company’s culture and to simplify its organisational structure.
Anouk Gauthier has been appointed as Group Chief Culture Officer to lead Euroclear’s cultural transformation. With over 15 years of experience at Euroclear, including her previous role as Group General Counsel, Anouk’s expertise, energy and passion make her the ideal candidate for this newly created position. She will oversee all entities and divisions across the business to further embed the One Euroclear culture, focusing on a purpose-driven mindset, collaboration, empowerment, accountability and client-centricity. Anouk will report directly to the CEO and the Executive Committee.
Kristof Macours appointed as Group General Counsel and Division Head of Legal and Corporate Secretariat
Kristof Macours has been appointed as Group General Counsel and Division Head of Legal and Corporate Secretariat. Kristof brings extensive legal experience to this role. Previously, he served as Group Company Secretary, and before joining Euroclear, he was Head of Legal at BNP Paribas Fortis and Deputy General Counsel at BNP Paribas Group. Bringing the Legal division and the Corporate Secretariat together under his leadership will enhance collaboration and create opportunities for cross-fertilisation of skills and knowledge. Kristof will report directly to the CEO.
