Angi is bringing back Co-Founder Angie Hicks as the face of the company in a new integrated marketing campaign. Starting on July 1, Angie Hicks will appear in TV spots to highlight Angi’s mission of helping homeowners get their jobs done well with skilled, reliable pros.

This campaign is a nod to Angi’s humble origin. In the 90s, Angie Hicks went door-to-door to build a list of reliable pros and sat in a 100-square-foot office answering calls from frantic neighbors asking her to connect them with a good plumber or electrician. Fast forward nearly 30 years, and Angie Hicks, now the Chief Customer Officer of the company she helped create, still gets stopped in the grocery store for home project advice.

Bringing Angie Hicks back into marketing efforts is just one part of a larger campaign focused on Angi’s mission of Jobs Done Well. Angi’s new ads highlight the importance of skilled tradespeople.

“We’re going back to our roots and paying homage to the hundreds of thousands of men and women across the country who set out every day to do the vitally important work of improving and maintaining our homes. Without these skilled professionals’ focus on getting more Jobs Done Well, homeowners would not be able to enjoy their biggest investment – their homes,” said Dhanusha Sivajee, Chief Marketing Officer of Angi.

This new campaign comes off the heels of Angi’s Trade-Up initiative – a campaign designed to raise awareness and reinforce the perception of the skilled trades as a viable and exceptional career path. Angi’s goal is to give these careers the credit and recognition they deserve by spreading awareness of their high earning potential, job satisfaction, demand and community impact.

Keep up with the campaign and all things Angi on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
