MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Many companies are investing in artificial intelligence or automation to boost employee productivity, efficiency, and engagement.

However, one-fifth of respondents confess that their digital workforce strengthening plans are unsuccessful.

Employees are dissatisfied with these developments and concerned about AI’s ramifications for their career advancement and employment status.

While 73% expect AI to have an influence on their jobs, just 36% are favorable about it, and only 39% have received AI-related training.

Kelly Professional & Industrial President Tim Dupree and VP & Market Lead, US South Dani McDonald visit the Digital Desk to discuss the survey results and how executives can develop more flexible and capable teams in the AI era.
