Times Money Mentor Award for Product Innovation
Times Money Mentor's Award for Product Innovation recognises the company that has done the most to support innovation in products, processes, campaigns and sustainability goals in the personal finance industry.

So if your team has created a successful strategy, campaign or product in the personal finance industry between July 2023 and June 2024 you could be in the running for an award. 

To demonstrate your success, we're looking for products that achieved or exceeded a measurable goal such as a change in consumer attitude, delivered for a customer need previously unmet, contributed to net zero, led to an increase in revenue or an uplift in website traffic etc.

Customer/ Business Impact will be a key factor in this category. Please provide a clear outline of what customer need drove the innovation, your strategic approach, how your strategy was developed and informed your work. You should also demonstrate the effectiveness of your work, detailing clearly how this was a benefit to the business and ultimately the consumer.
