People Story was founded by Sophia at the start of 2024 after spending nearly a decade managing talent teams in both Singapore and Hong Kong. Sophia initially started out in the world of Digital, but left London's bustling Advertising scene for asia to reframe her experience to concentrate on the talent behind great work.
