Daniel is Managing Director and Co Founder of Spencer Rigby. He is a an expert in building high performing teams for companies in the med-tech space, delivering a tailored service that ensures his clients find talent that fit their business beyond skillsets, factoring in cultural fit, professional ambition and the long-term impact of any role.  

Since entering the industry in 2015, Daniel has placed over 170 candidates in the med-tech space establishing himself as a leading recruiter in the industry. He has built entire Executive Leadership teams, identified the leaders for companies expanding into new regions and built out entire functional teams for companies that are scaling.

Daniel’s vision for Spencer Rigby is to provide the industry with a talent partner that removes transactional relationships. He believes every hire has a huge impact on an organizations success and every career change is a huge milestone in a professionals life.
