*Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions: Our price match guarantee applies to identical services offered by local competitors within our service area. The competitor’s service must be publicly advertised and available to the general public, and the services must be comparable in scope, quality, and specifications. Customers must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price, such as a written estimate or advertisement, which must be provided by a local licensed contractor and comply with all local and mandatory regulations. The estimate must be sent to us directly as a physical copy or documentation of the quoted price and must be presented at the time of scheduling the service. We will match the total price of the competitor’s service, including any fees, taxes, and surcharges, provided that the price match and scope of work are identical. The comparison will be based on the total cost for the same service and specifications as determined by us. Exclusions include prices from online retailers or third-party sellers not within our local service area, services that are not identical in scope, quality, or specifications, and special promotions, bundled offers, rebates, coupons, clearance, or liquidation sales. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price and the availability of the service, and to decline to match a price if we do not view it as credible. To request a price match, customers must contact our office before the service appointment, and the decision to match a price is at our discretion and is final. If a price match is approved, the customer will receive the matched price for the service, but unforeseen issues, code issues, and missing items required for the work to be completed up to code will be additional to the matched cost.
