The close of the 2018 year is upon us and you know what that means?

The onslaught of messages, posts, and talks about setting goals for the new year are just around the corner. 

There is nothing wrong with setting goals or maybe even a resolution or two, but how effective are they?

How many years have you told yourself you wanted to change this or you were going to start doing that thing that is going to make 2019 your year? 

There is no judgment here, but I am trying to get you to take a step back from the status quo of the "new year, new you" phenomenon that sweeps over the country every January.

Chances are if you cannot stay connected, clear, and engaged with your goals past the surge of the new year you are not connected, clear, and engaged with yourself.
