Hey everyone, thought I’d take a moment to reflect having finished my 14th professional training camp and 3rd opening weekend for the Premier Lacrosse League – this time in Foxborough at Gillette Stadium…and what a ride it was.

As many of you know, the PLL is taking the show on the road again, and we’re hyped to see fans back in our stadiums, beginning with the 15,000 fans in attendance across our 5 games this past weekend. Next week, we’re in Atlanta at Fifth Third Bank Stadium – click here to purchase your tickets.

After an offseason trade, I’m suiting up in a new but very familiar jersey – once again with the Cannons Lacrosse Club. It was an awesome feeling getting that first phone call from Coach Quirk several months ago...and even better to have once again felt the crowd at our backs at Gillette several days ago. You can’t replicate that energy – it was the emotional push this 35 y/o body needed to get up and down the field and put some balls in the back of the net.

The Cannons picked up our first win on Sunday. Many more to come.

Something I took away from my sports psychologist was writing 3 important things you'd want yourself to remember during the run of play before a game. This weekend, I wrote the first two, with the last one being "smile and have fun."
