What percentage of the time are you 'actively' engaged at work?

If it isn't 80%, congratulations...you're like most people and don't operate in within your natural 'strengths zone' often enough to be engaged in what you do.  Now, let's dig a little deeper:  Answer these questions for yourself...then answer them for your employees.  The more 'yes' answers you have to these questions, the more likely it is you are not operating in your 'strengths zone' often enough, which causes disengagement, which limits productivity.  Our simple strengths development solutions were designed to effortlessly increase understanding, empathy, and productivity leveraging the strengths your employees already have...but may not be using often enough to be the best they were born to be.

Do you...

...dread going to work?

...have more negative or positive interactions with others?  Where?  Home, Work, Personal?

...treat customers/coworkers/others poorly?

...speak negatively about your company?

...achieve less/more on a regular or sporadic basis?

...have too few positive & creative moments?

...find yourself disengaged in your work or personal life activities?

It all starts with understanding your own strengths, and the behaviors that reflect them daily.  Once you understand why you do the things you do, you are able to identify the same in others and build more productive teams comprised of engaged people that get to do what they do best every day.

Next time, I'll show you why I was never going to make a good Project Manager...
