1.Sharjah Investment Forum 2024 unveils partners, sponsors
The Sharjah Investment Forum (SIF 2024) has announced its partners and sponsors for the 7th edition, with 17 leading entities from various sectors, including commercial, investment, industrial, financial, real estate, education, media, and sustainability, under the theme ‘A Futuristic Vision for Smart Economies’.
Taking place from 18th to 19th September at Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre, the forum will bring together top executives, investors, and industry leaders to discuss the role of investments and capital in advancing AI systems to support global growth and enhance efficiency, resilience, and inclusivity across sectors.
The 2024 edition has secured key partners and sponsors, including the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sharjah Economic Development Authority, and Sharjah Media City (Shams). Invest Bank joins as the Investor partner, with Bank of Sharjah as Platinum sponsor. Gold sponsors include Arada Developments and National Paints.
2.Mulim announces the third round of the Smart GCC Investor Award, with prizes exceeding one million Saudi riyals and 44 winners in four tracks
The Gulf Investment Awareness Program, “Mulim”, announced the launch of the third round of the Smart GCC Investor Award in September 2024. The award targets GCC citizens and residents, with prizes exceeding one million Saudi riyals.
The competent committee will continue to receive applications until the end of February 2025. The award aims to create a competitive atmosphere—whether among university and school students or GCC citizens and residents—in four tracks: videography, photography, drawing, and writing. Eleven winners will be selected from each track, totaling 44. The award is intended to raise awareness about the importance of savings and investment and how to avoid financial scams, in addition to promoting financial literacy among the public to help them make better financial plans and informed financial decisions, thus bringing them financial stability and helping them achieve their financial goals.
The award aims to promote financial literacy by spreading awareness of the skills needed and how to best use financial resources.
3.中國銀行迪拜分行在納斯達克迪拜上市4億美元綠色債券
納斯達克迪拜今日宣布，中國銀行迪拜分行成功在該交易所上市4億美元綠色債券。這是中國四大國有商業銀行之壹的中國銀行在中東地區的又壹重要融資舉措。
據悉，此次發行的綠色債券將於2027年到期，獲得標準普爾全球評級公司"A"級信用評級。該債券是中國銀行400億美元中期票據計劃的壹部分。此次上市後，中國銀行在納斯達克迪拜上市的債券總額（包括盧森堡分行和迪拜分行的上市）已達14.7億美元。
這些浮動利率債券被發行為綠色債券，中國銀行計劃將發行所得凈額用於符合要求的綠色項目的融資或再融資。納斯達克迪拜表示，通過支持綠色融資倡議，該交易所繼續為全球可持續發展目標做出貢獻，為負責任的投資提供支持平臺，歡迎來自世界各地發行人的創新上市，從而使投資者能夠接觸到中東地區內外的多元化投資基礎。
此次上市是納斯達克迪拜進壹步擴大其環境、社會和治理（ESG）相關發行組合的重要壹步，使其ESG債券總額達到300億美元，上市債券總額達到410億美元。這進壹步鞏固了納斯達克迪拜作為全球領先的固定收益證券交易所和可持續金融工具中心的地位。
