Since starting my own estate agency franchise business back in March, I have built up a reputation for myself in un-likely places!! For example, The Drive (one of Ickenham's most prestigious roads) has become my most popular road for taking on new instructions.  After selling Number 5 within a matter of weeks, more and more vendors are asking me to work for them & sell their property, and I'm not complaining :)
