MF SERIES: the eccentric mechanical presses revolutionizing forging
With the mechanical presses of the MF series, FICEP enhances its range of forging equipment, ensuring productivity, precision, and flexibility. The range includes models with a nominal force from 2500 to 50000 kN. Available with single or double connecting rods, these presses cover preforming, deburring, and forging operations. The height adjustment of the mould table, with special wedges, simplifies the internal mechanism, improving robustness and maintenance. With the Digital Twin based on the Industry 4.0 concept and with a PLC control, advanced simulations can be performed, exactly replicating the behaviour of the physical model.

SPECIAL PROCESS SPOTLIGHT: Jumbo Beams
Experience unparalleled efficiency with the VALIANT+KATANA system by FICEP, designed to handle SUPER JUMBO beams up to 14,500 kg with exceptional ease and precision. The Valiant CNC drilling machine, equipped with three spindles featuring sub-axis positioning, achieves peak productivity by simultaneously drilling: for instance, it can carry out 20 holes of 28 mm diameter on web and flanges of a Jumbo Beam in just 5 minutes. After drilling, the Katana band saw completes the cutting process in less than 11 minutes (1 cut).
