The post pandemic recruitment scene feels a lot different. It IS a lot different.

For starters, everyone realised they were working too hard, too long and were never enjoying the homes they were working for. Add into that many parents re-bonded in a special way with the children that were mostly being bought up by the nursery / school / wraparound daycare staff.

Companies that had always denied working from home had to adapt to keep the operation running and those fortunate enough to not be furloughed worked well from home. Correction most worked better from home.

This went on for so long we adapted to a new normal and so in the post pandemic era the one good thing the pandemic bought us was a realisation that we can work remotely, we can have a great work/life balance and we do not want to return to the pre pandemic work place where the super-heros badge read burnt out.

The Property Industry has changed. Perhaps guilty of demanding longer working hours than most industries including weekend working its now suffering from a lack of talent as so many saw it going back to the old ways and got out. Those left expect more flexibility.

This is working with a National Estate Agent offering both Full Service and Upfront fixed fees. You can work your own hours and you will be given 80% of your leads. You control your diary and work the hours you choose. They will give you financial support for 3 months of £2500 a month and by month 4 your earning should be exceeding this.
