We've brought our 28 years of experience to Northern Ireland!

We recently announced how delighted we are to bring our 28 years of experience to Northern Ireland! From speaking to healthcare leaders like Patricia Higgins and Pauline Shepherd we understand the issues facing the healthcare sector in Northern Ireland, from aging populations to hospital pressures and most importantly the issue of recruitment and retention.

Building on our already fantastic presence in Northern Ireland with some of the country’s key providers – The Salvation Army UK and Ireland Territory , Praxis Care and Action for Children , amongst many others – we have now received official accreditation as an RQIA nursing provider. Last year we delivered over 8 million hours of care with our trusted 165,000 healthcare professionals. Our innovative HealthForce Connect platform allows clients to save time, resource and effort by managing all your staffing needs in seconds, at the touch of a button. See more here

Mental Healthcare: Staffing Challenges and Solutions

In recent years, mental health has taken centre stage in the UK’s national healthcare dialogue. As awareness grows and stigma diminishes, more individuals are seeking help for mental health concerns than ever before. This surge in demand has exposed a critical weakness in our healthcare infrastructure: a severe shortage of mental healthcare professionals. Suzanne Barnard , our Director of Nursing and Quality Assurance, explores the current crisis, it’s impact on patient care, innovative solutions, the path forward and how Newcross can help with this here.
