A new chapter in the HR industry!

A new chapter in the HR industry!

Hi there everyone and welcome once again to a new episode of our blog. Yes we know it… and we are sorry for keeping you long waiting… but that’s because we have been busy… too busy accomplishing news which today we want to share with you :)

After our beta launch in the past year, 2016 is proving the concept of skeeled. So far, we have grabbed great market share in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Several HR departments from big logistics organisations of the financial sector, IT companies, consultancies and even start-ups have all started to get a feeling of the added value of the software when it comes to screen mass applications.

                               – The feedback has been amazing –

The platform is allowing recruiters to save amounts of time and reduce the pressure thanks to the standard format of each applicant’s CV and the asynchronous video interview (see sample profile on our website). We all know that manually screening CVs takes too much and a résumé does not necessarily imply that the candidate is fully qualified… Hard skills are important, but what about the soft skills?

Companies using skeeled are tremendously happy on how easily they can assess candidates now. Without having to conduct dozens of phone interviews, schedule appointments or spend huge costs in super expensive personality tests, they can now screen full profiles from one single platform. In addition, our leading personality assessment (based on the Big 5 model) allows recruiters to increase the quality of their hires and not reject candidates because of a poor CV.

What’s more, the software also allows recruitment teams for collaboration! That means that any person in charge of the platform can invite other colleagues to have access and assess candidates together. They even have the possibility to share specific profiles with anyone in their company in case a candidate might be suitable for other job. Recruiters can also qualify and reject candidates, coming back to them at another point in time.

More magic is about to come and new features are being added to the software, that’s why we are glad to keep you posted on the next steps. Digitising the recruitment process is becoming a priority for human resources in 2016, what are you waiting for?

We still offer FREE trial: give it a shot :)
