Q: What kinds of business owners are a good fit? And what problem do you help them solve? 

A: Where it looks like the focus for Business Development is on building revenue for a company, our team's focus is on helping companies manage while they increase their business revenue. When you come across a client that is anxious to grow their business and may not have the structure to support growth that's where we come in. We help them have a just in time foundation for growing their business that scales. Our clients range from small under $1M in revenue with potential for growth to $20M with a dream that's much bigger.

Q: Yes, thanks Jeff! I appreciate you clarifying. Is the trigger when they are overwhelmed with business trying to grow? If so, how do you help them find time to invest in working with you / or, what do you offer to alleviate that problem?

A: It's really about their commitment. So many are doing everything on their own. Building a business is a team sport and if they are committed to building their business its about having the right people in the right positions working together. We have a process that helps them see what's possible and when they see it they know if it's for them.
