Kreato: Simplified Operations and Data Management with Sugar Sell

Kreato is a company based in Colombia that activates in the manufacturing sector, concrete manufacturing, to be more exact. It was established in 2007 under the name PRECOLOR S.A.

Since then, the enterprise has been manufacturing high-quality prefabricated concrete products. The company’s factory has a production capacity of over 10,000 square meters, the largest in Colombia.

However, with growth came growing pains—Kreato’s large production capacity came with data management struggles that began to show as they scaled.

But overall, Kreato’s main goal was to create long-lasting customer relationships and to improve efficiency and collaboration.

With that in mind, they knew they needed to find a CRM that could handle all of their current and future needs.

Not long ago, Kreato operated exclusively on Excel Spreadsheets and the sales reps’ memories. Post-implementation, Kreato has quickly observed high adoption rates of the new solution. According to Sandra, Sugar’s flexibility and user-friendliness were the main drivers for adoption.

With Sugar Sell’s help, Kreato now has 100% coverage of all its customers and prospects. The company can now proactively schedule follow-up meetings on potential deals without any opportunities falling through the cracks.

Sugar’s Smart Guides are also instrumental in increasing data collection flexibility.

Like all manufacturing enterprises, Kreato struggled with long sales cycles. Sugar’s Leads module, however, helped them stay on top of complex sales cycles, like those of projects coming from the public sector.

With Sugar’s help, all relevant information on bidding and offering platforms is now transferred into the Leads module, which classifies the opportunity long before Kreato establishes the first contact.
