Global 21 Announcement and Movement

I am proud and excited to announce that Global 21 has accepted an invitation from a spill response corporation with multiple response locations in Mexico since 2012.

This invitation is to give advice and training on the one thing I love to do more than anything in life, and if you know me, you know that My goal has always been to train as many spill warriors as I can, and my Lord knows, I have trained train many warriors over my time In.

Maybe, even you who are reading this letter.

Back in 1991, I had started my time helping with training emergency responders.

From the young age of 22 to 25, I had the chance to travel across the USA with the Late Jim Obrien and Jim Tanner.

I was their setup boy for the HAZWOPER training of firemen and responsible parties.

Both of these men were well respected and knowledgeable if you knew them, you will know the legacy they have left behind for many of us old-timers

Just a few of us are still going, some have passed on and most are retired.

None of us will ever forget those of us who were there.

Jim's first oil spill was in 1969 then decades later Jim built his own company that would be recognized as the leading emergency planning, management, and response company. In today's world, Jim's legacy and the company is better known as

To think that Tucker Mendoza had the pleasure to learn from such powerful, respected, and knowledgeable man within the spill response industry was an achievement in my life and has helped me further with my career as an Emergency Responder. Now, I will carry what I have learned over my 3o-plus years into the next generation of thought and next-generation thinking on what I have spent many years working on and studying throughout my lifetime.

I will carry my spill response legacy on some of the same values as the creator of Global 21 and The Spill Response Association.
