Five Alliance Health SNFs Are Awarded the 2023 AHCA/NCAL Silver National Quality Award

The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living recognizes five of Alliance Health & Human Services' owned and operated skilled nursing facilities with the 2023 Silver Award for National Quality. 

Southborough, MA (Alliance Health & Human Services) – Not-for-Profit Alliance Health & Human Services is eager to announce that five of our exceptional Skilled Nursing communities have been recognized with the prestigious 2023 Silver National Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). 

The five Alliance Health & Human Services Centers who were recipients of this award are:

• Alliance Health at Baldwinville located in Baldwinville, MA
• Alliance Health at Braintree located in Braintree, MA
• Alliance Health at Marie Esther located in Marlborough, MA
• Alliance Health at Marina Bay located in Quincy, MA
• Alliance Health at West Acres located in Brockton, MA

 This award is the second of three distinctions possible through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, which recognizes organizations that meet progressively rigorous standards of performance to further improve the lives of residents and staff in long term care. These accolades are a testament to Alliance's commitment to excellence in long-term care, exemplified through exceptional leadership, a caring and compassionate staff, and an unwavering dedication to enhancing the lives of Seniors in our care.

“Announcing this exciting news, that we earned the Silver from the American Health Care Association, to our clinical care teams and to all of our hardworking departments in our Community is a special moment as an Administrator. The Silver award is earned after extensive assessment of their systematic approaches, performance measures and sustainable organizational and process results linked to the key customer requirements, success factors and challenges previously identified through the Bronze Award for Commitment to Quality. 

 “We are delighted to honor Alliance Health & Human Services for being recognized at the Silver award level” said Cathy Bergland, AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Board Chair. “This recognition is a testament to their unwavering efforts in enhancing the lives of those entrusted in their care. The 2023 Silver Award for National Quality will be presented during Delivering Solutions 23, the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo set for October 1-4, 2023, in Denver, CO. Alliance Health and Human Services’ Administrator and Nursing Leadership Teams from the five 2023 Silver Award winning facilities, Baldwinville, Braintree, Marie Esther, Marina Bay and West Acres, will all be attending and receiving recognition for these accolades in-person in Denver from the Convention, along side the Alliance Health Management Team.
