'Fast casts' for clubfoot
The cast correction phase of the Ponseti method is classically a process of approximately 6 plaster casts applied weekly. Recent research has found that with good technique, changing the casts every 3 days can give equivalent results - and halve the time an infant has their legs in plaster.
