Welcome to this week's edition of #TalentBites 🍔 - your short & relevant weekly insights.

I'll be keeping it very short and sweet this week, it's been a busy one with lots of content shared.

Let's think of this week more of a TV guide 📺 (if anyone remembers what that is 😊) collating content around the topic #equity:

✅ First up, we hosted our webinar with AlburyCity council on Tuesday with over 80 attendees, during this 1 hour long session we heard from Jessica Wilson , Ben Eyles & Jarah Penfold who kindly shared their experience rolling out LinkedIn Learning to all employees; including outdoor workers who may not have a device. Their actions show that of creativity, resourceful and true embodiment of promoting equity. As we are all time poor, we've created chapters based on the topics covered during the roundtable:

👫Jarah highlighting the significance of cross-functional partnerships

✅ Secondly, yesterday we celebrated #internationalwomensday - I'm sure your feed was flooded with content celebrating this, I absolutely loved reading about everyones stories. The theme this year was #embracingequity 💙 to embrace equity means to acknowledge there isn't always a level playing field. We have different backgrounds and experiences that must be taken into consideration when determining the unique resources and support each of us needs to succeed.
