Episode Two Troubleshooting 'Changing Belts'

We are going to talk you through the procedure for changing the Teflon® belts. Belts need to be replaced after every 60 bags of mix used.

The machine will prompt you when the belts need to be changed. When the message first appears you can override it by pressing the “Cancel” button on the keypad. When you can no longer cancel this message you have no other choice but to change the belts in order to continue using the machine.

There is also a “belt usage” counter on the main menu where you can check how far along your current set of belts have been used.

Please remember to only change the belts after the machine prompts you too.

It is most important to never try and change the Teflon® belts while the machine is plugged into the power outlet or when still hot. We recommend that the best time to change the belts is in the morning, before the machine begins to heat up.
