With a background that was quite literally outdoorsy, having worked as a vet's assistant, there was some uncertainty about how she would transition from the field to a more conventional office environment. The shift from managing animals to managing advert applications seemed like a giant leap. Yet, Lauren embraced this change with remarkable grace and tenacity.
Starting her career at Datasource with the sole responsibility of managing advert applications, Lauren quickly showcased her exceptional skills. She didn't just meet the expectations; she exceeded them, becoming the best in her initial role. This was just the beginning of her journey to excellence.
