Bird & Bird seminar on wind (in the Nordics) - on its path to be subsidy-free?

Wind energy is currently one of the hot energy topics. Especially since the recent cost drop-down seen in The Netherlands and Germany. Is offshore wind on its path to become subsidy-free? What does this mean for wind energy developments in general? We have hosted in our Bird & Bird Stockholm office a seminar on the Nordic wind power market (incl. Germany). During the seminar our international colleagues, together with representatives from SWECO and Energikommisionen amongst others, talked about regulations, expansions and the new circumstances that companies in Nordic region face.
