In the wake of the Colonial Pipeline Hack we saw action taken and red alerts by the government at all levels. This is incident and the way it impacted our nation is nothing to sweep under the carpet. We must sit up and pay attention.

What to think of this new executive order?
From a CISSP I work closely with: “As someone who works exclusively in the cybersecurity realm, I will say the methods purported to be forthcoming to undertake this effort are viewed across the industry as being more akin to monitoring the populous than what we'd consider protection methodologies. Nobody is surprised, however.”
It’s been said to never waste a good disaster. While it appears our government is looking out for us, it seems as though this may be a thinly veiled attempt to further wedge into our privacy.
