After spending the past 10 years practicing Supply Chain and Lean/Six Sigma within multiple industries of manufacturing, airline and healthcare, I have decided to do my thesis on Lean Applicability and Organization structure within the Healthcare-Hospital industry. I am exploring how Lean can be more applicable in Healthcare to reduce costs, improve patient satisfaction and have a direct result to patient outcomes.
