Did you know we have been making custom probes for the UAV industry since 2001? We are currently manufacturing carbon fiber and Titanium Pitot Static probes. So, you might ask what is a Pitot Static probe, and why would we use one? Pitot-Static probes measure total and static pressures and can be used to compute flow velocity. They are most commonly used in applications where only an air speed measurement is desired. The static pressure is used in all measurements, while the pitot pressure is used only to determine airspeed. The pitot pressure is obtained from the pitot tube. The pitot pressure is a measure of ram air pressure (the air pressure created by vehicle motion or the air ramming into the tube), which, under ideal conditions, is equal to stagnation pressure, also called total pressure. The static pressure is obtained through a static port. The static port is most often a flush-mounted hole on the fuselage of an aircraft and is located where it can access the air flow in a relatively undisturbed area. #UAV #UAS #Carbonfiber #realcarboninc

Impressed by the new Automated Powerline Follow function for the M350 and L2 drones! The seamless transition from single line follow to centered between the lines at the first tower is incredible. Even when the lines changed direction slightly, the M350 followed without any issues. This feature proves to be a game changer, ensuring uniformity across datasets and enhancing safety while maintaining a preset height above the lines. So much of suppliers in MSPO asked me to test their UAV/contr-UAV things in Ukrainian zero-line… So I have a great idea for all of you, if: - you have a really-working thing? - you need a full test and a thorough feedback? - you have something to offer us for that service? Actually its a bad idea to test anything in our combat zone. It’s a little dangerous for us and for your super-drone or mega-jammer) At first we will try it in one of our training grounds in Ukraine or EU (first level) with our battle tactic skills and in condishions, which will be so close as possible to our combat zone. After successful final of 1-st level we’ll use it in some real combat events and make you as full report as possible. So guys, if you want to have “a real confirmation” of a quality of your product - text me in direct. Post 51: The lack of standardization even in generic UAV bldc motors is so appalling, it's hard to believe. For instance, two of my UAVs require their bldc bearings to be replaced from last 8 years of flying around and I find out in dismay that the one on the left is of SI origin (3x8x4) while the other is of Imperial origin (3.175×7.938x3.565)!!! Imperial replacement bearings are so difficult to find (albeit you do shipping is out of the world), like when will the world come together and establish a single standard unit system??? 😮💨 . . #struggleisreal #SIunit #Imperialunit #UAV #standardization #bearing #bldcmotor #aerospace

This is a must have or upgrade for public safety applications. I am blown away by the H30T... We tested it next to the DJI Matrice 30T in darkness. - It is backwards compatible with the M300 using the RC Plus controller. - The color/zoom cameras of the M30T/H20T were rendered useless in the dark. After operating drones for wildfire applications in pitch black darkness, I wish I had this payload when navigating the mountainous terrain. - The IR spotlight is best used when zoomed in or else the camera will blow out of the spotlight. - Now thermal cameras don't provide x-ray vision through thick foliage but the 1280x1024 thermal camera resolution really defines the details, making it easier to distinguish people even through tree branches.
