The Pleasure Of Rose. A summery meditation to reawaken your sensuality and senses. 1. Look at the visual beauty of the flower, the different colours, the swirling curving shape, the delicately veined petals. 2. Hold the flower gently in your hand and lower your nose to inhale the precious fragrance, each has a different bouquet. 3. Gently touch the velvety soft petals, the solidity of the stem, the sharpness of the thorns. Enjoy the sensations in your hand. 4. For a moment pause to do nothing but appreciate the beautifulness the flower is offering you, appreciate her, her generosity, her gifts. 5. Now bring your attention back to yourself. Take a moment to notice how you are feeling. Give it a few seconds. Perhaps you notice your heart, or an increased sense of peacefulness, or more awareness. Maybe something else... a tingling, a sweetness, a warmth. Enjoy! #meditation #embodiedspirituality #relationships

Sensory Stories # 26: Choosing the sea to calm your senses, your brain and your stress levels Why do so many people find the sea calming? In this vlog, Annemarie explores what makes the sea calming and why many people find it helps relieve stress and calm the senses. The long extension of blue and perhaps merging of simple colours results in little visual noise. The visual of flowing water seems quiet and contained. The rumble of waves in the background offers soothing sounds. This makes the sea an ideal place to self-regulate, calm your senses and get yourself to 'reset'. https://lnkd.in/djvK-xAR #sensoryintelligence #sensory #7senses #calming #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #nature #selfregulation #simplicity #selfcare

"The flower that smells the sweetest is shy and lowly." - William Wordsworth. The Hidden Beauty of Humility Discover why the sweetest-smelling flowers often bloom in the humblest places. Embrace the power of humility and quiet strength. The Essence of True Beauty Why Humility Shines Brighter The proverb, "The flower that smells the sweetest is shy and lowly," teaches us that true beauty often lies in humility. It's not always the loudest or most noticeable that leaves a lasting impression; rather, the quiet, unassuming presence resonates deeply with those who encounter it. 🌸 #TrueBeauty #Humility #QuietStrength The Power of Subtlety Strength in Silence In a world that often values boldness, it's easy to overlook the subtle power of quiet strength. Yet, just like a sweet-smelling flower tucked away in a garden corner, those who humble themselves often have the most profound impact. 🌼 #SubtlePower #StrengthInSilence Learning from Nature Lessons from the Shy Flower Nature is full of lessons. The flowers that bloom quietly without seeking attention remind us that it's not the loudest voices that make the greatest impact, but those who contribute meaningfully in their quiet way. 🌺 #NatureLessons #QuietImpact Embracing Humility in Life Cultivating a Quiet Confidence Humility is not about diminishing oneself; it’s about knowing your worth without needing to shout it. Embracing humility allows us to move through life with a quiet confidence that speaks volumes. 🌿 #QuietConfidence #EmbraceHumility The Joy of Being Lowly Finding Happiness in Simplicity There's joy in simplicity and being content with who we are. The lowly flower finds its strength and fragrance not in being seen, but in simply being itself. We too can find happiness by appreciating our unique qualities. 🌻 #SimpleJoy #Contentment Cultivating Inner Sweetness Nurturing Your Inner Garden Just as a flower requires nurturing to bloom, we must tend to our inner selves to develop qualities like humility, kindness, and grace. This inner sweetness will naturally draw others to us, just as a flower attracts with its scent. 🌷 #InnerGrowth #CultivateKindness

𝗜𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺? 🎭 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (Grounding) 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 🏹 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗧𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 😎 If one is going through a nasty argument then one can try with either of the five senses to anchor oneself. Example, can look at some object, can listen to some sound, can touch the furniture, can smell somw fragrance or even try feel the fragrance of artificial flowers kept in the room. Whatever works for you to diffuse the anger. Actually it's the same energy, the energy which has become anger can become empathy and compassion. It's one movement of ebb and flow. Many times, anchoring doesn't work if the cause of anger is chronic I mean you have repeated encounters with the person for years may be from your own family and you feel enough is enough. Then it needs deeper and wider approach may be ending the toxic relationship is the only solution. But that I feel should be the last resort. Have we tried enough honestly the 𝗔𝗧𝗠 - 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 as explained in my short clip, 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 to overcome the anger as everybody needs his/her own time to let go and 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 approach towards life. #selfawareness #relationship #deconditioning #meditation #walkthetalk #angermanagement #knowthyself #kirankurwade #selfdevelopment #EmotionalIntelligence
