The last 2 months have been crazy for most of us in the corporate world, completing the last rounds of strategy and board meetings.

Glad that you finally stepped into our HQ in Setia Alam, not as grand as Maybank but yes, we are certainly very proud of our humble abode.

We launched our inaugural Leadership Month in 2023 as a channel to provide a platform for the continuous learning of Team Setia. For a month, we have a variety of learning modules made accessible to all with the hope tht we continue to be a learning organization as "Change is constant... only those who continue to learn will thrive". We are truly living in a world of "personalization" as we are privileged to enjoy the best of technology, allowing many thousands to have access to learning without having to be physically available & the access to take on learning at your own pace with recordings being made available.
Digitalization will continue to be the central enabling tool for us in S P Setia, as we drive our people agenda. The close collaboration betw GHR & Gr Digital under the leadership of Alex Chi will see through the full integration of People, Technology and Business.
We are all blessed for all the amazing support from the eco system and Fong Tuan mentioned Datuk Nora A Manaf, who we all know is the HR icon for Malaysia.
