I am delighted to share with you the news of my contribution to the anthology "Rule of Law in a Transitional Spectrum". I am grateful to Rigmor Argren for her idea, incredible work, and patience in editing all contributions. The article is devoted to the phenomenon of rivalry (competition) between legal principles and its impact on the Rule of law in a State during an armed conflict and Ukrainian experience was taken as an example.
