Your environment can play a big part in performance. This is where I play tennis (got to keep the heart attack at bay somehow) and what an environment it is. I often play tennis listening to birds chirping with blue skies and greenery all around - yep I do know I am blessed big time with real luxury - I do reckon I have put in the hard yards to earn that luxury but still appreciate it every time I go along to the courts for a hit.  Cults Lawn Tennis Club just happens to be at the end of my street and I try to get a hit there twice a week weather permitting.
