Two weeks ago, I told kids to prepare and review for the final examination following next week. If they get a grade lower than 85, prior grading periods will be forfeited, and they will no longer be part of the final honor roll. Today, results are out for both of them. They made it and nailed it. Both with high honors plus some class-room awards. Why is preparation an important thing if you want to achieve something?!? It is crucial when you want to achieve something because it sets the foundation for success, and below are some key reasons why it is important. 1. Clarity of goals 2. Efficiency 3. Risk Management 4. Confidence and adaptability Hence, kids nailed it because of their readiness for something they wanted to achieve. #ImportanceofPreparation #CongratulationsKiddos
