Feedback is an important part of improvement. Continuous improvement should be a standard to any individual. Often in failure but even in success. Sir Alex displays it expertly as his team wins a trophy but he still goes out to critique his team for the performance. Might sound harsh to some but that's how one sets standards. One cannot just be satisfied with a favorable result. Finding areas of improvement is vital to achieve further and sustained success.
