I am an accomplished and results-driven, enablement professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and surpassing sales targets in dynamic and competitive markets.
Coach Brett Vavra and his dedicated staff have poured their hearts into this program, and the impact is nothing short of remarkable. As someone who grew up within this programs embrace, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power it holds for young men.
Football isn't just a game; it's a classroom where nearly 100 young men learn the most important lessons life has to offer. An entire ecosystem of growth and opportunity. Teaching loyalty, teamwork, resilience, goal-setting, and accountability—qualities that are sadly scarce in today's world.
For many, football is their lifeline. Without the guidance and support of their teammates and coaches, far too many would find themselves lost in the world of darkness that exists off the field and outside the classroom.
Your contribution isn't just an investment in a football program; it's an investment in the future of these boys. It helps fuel a vehicle that shapes them into the compassionate, resilient leaders our world desperately needs.
Every little bit helps. If you aren’t in the position to donate, I encourage you to share this post.

The boys are on tour, but we need your support
Due to their footballing journeys so far one thing the lads have never had the opportunity to do is a tournament away. In their last year of junior grassroots football we'd love them to experience this and in the famous Blackpool!
Please support us in making this happen and getting the boys to Blackpool
Any donation is greatly appreciated

Last week, it was football. This week, staff and students played netball in preparation for a charity tournament in a couple of weeks! There were many fouls and mistakes (all by the boys), but by the end, I think we started to make some progress—top work coaching this rabble by Solent 1st team netballer Willow Barna (patience of a saint - staff are definitely the worst students 🤣).

England may not have brought home the Euros cup this time, but we should still be proud of our football players, manager, support staff, and all they have achieved. Reaching the finals is no mean feat. This success is a testament to the investment and support behind the team, which is crucial for any team, business, or individual to thrive.
At the Danos Group, our core values reflect this belief. We stand by "Supported to Succeed"—investing in and supporting our people to enable them to achieve their full potential. We "Embrace & Drive Change" by fostering openness, exploring new ideas, and leading change. And we uphold "Integrity & Accountability" by being honest, transparent, respectful, and taking responsibility for our performance. The England football team embodies these values through their investment, support, openness to new ideas, and acceptance of responsibility, making them a stronger and more impactful team.
Globally, grassroots football is where all footballers start. While only the very best go on to represent their countries, football offers most children a community to develop not only their skills but also communication, team building, and resilience. Since 2022, the Danos Group has supported the Doverhouse Lions Community Football Club in one of the UK’s most deprived housing estates. Each week, this club supports over 300 children and young adults, providing a safe place for football, meaningful education pathways, and a broad range of initiatives focusing on employment, social deprivation, crime reduction, youth offending, health, inclusion, environmental awareness, and positive future opportunities. Every young person matters, and we are committed to awakening that realisation.
This year, the Danos Group London team is embarking on a charity challenge. We are preparing for the London Duathlon in September, with all proceeds going to the Doverhouse Lions Community Football Club. If you can, please donate by visiting https://gofund.me/da4ad6b8.
Join us in championing this remarkable team and their journey toward excellence! Your support can make a profound difference in the lives of these children and their community.

The Football Foundation expects 2024 to be the “biggest ever year of support for grassroots clubs across #England”.
One of the UK’s largest #sports charities, the organisation had a record-breaking year in 2023, during which it delivered £76 million to improve #grassroots facilities across England.
It expects to exceed that figure in 2024, as it looks to hit a number of significant milestones. These include further openings of Football Foundation #PlayZones – multi-sport facilities looking to engage the four main groups facing the greatest inequalities: lower socio-economic groups; #women and #girls; ethnically diverse communities; and #disabled people and people with long-term #healthconditions.
Robert Sullivan, CEO of the Football Foundation, said the organisation will provide "more great places to play than ever before" over the next 12 months.
