A peek inside the magic of our annual, global employee event 🤠
Last week marked my third Trailblazers event at YETI, and I’m still riding the high! Our annual celebration began by welcoming colleagues from across the globe to our Austin homebase. From breakfast tacos to international market panels to a shared sense of purpose as we ventured out into the wild for service events, it was a week of forging connections that are so critical to our collective success. The week ended with our peer recognition ceremony at Willie Nelson’s Luck Ranch. Ronin Farms graced our plates, but the real star was the collaboration between Ambassadors Edgar Rico of Nixta Taqueria and Don Nguyen of Khoi BBQ. It felt like a nod to the diverse tapestry that makes up our YETI family. And it was really special for me to get to meet a Vietnamese YETI ambassador, not to mention watch him make Banh Xeo in our new cast iron skillet! Lastly, our 2024 Trailblazer Award winners—employees recognizing employees who embody our Core Values and lead by example. I’d love to tag them here, but I’m not highlighting the best of the best to be recruited away! If you want to work with our exceptional talent, you’ll have to find your way to us! Here’s to more moments of connection, collaboration, and cowboy boots in the years to come. The team outdid themselves this year and it will be hard to top but we will try! 🌟🤠
A fantastic event with one helluva group of talented people. My first trip to Austin/YETI HQ and the Luck Ranch, and very stoked to be part of the team.
This is so inspiring to see!🩷
Definitely check out another trail blazing Austin based company, thunderhorseoutfitters.com, owned by a Austin native. They winter outside of Austin and summer at Rocky Mountain national park.
Wow, Trailblazers at YETI sounds like it was more packed with action than a breakfast taco! 🌮🤠 Hope to attend one IRL one day :)
Thank you for sharing.
Every one of yall should have a NETTY for your YETI…
Looks like you guys have a great culture!
Kelli Branson - Bates why can't we do this haha
