Feelin' like royalty 👑 From the data out there, the amount of fully remote jobs available is on a slight decline. Mostly due to the hype of remote work popularity leveling out, employers taking a hybrid approach, and companies calling for complete back to the office. For example: In the Ladders High Paying Jobs Report: Q4 2023, they looked at almost half a million job openings listed on its site from October through December. They found that for high-paying, fully remote jobs, availability fell 12%. But keep going. Keep applying. Keep networking. Your fully remote opportunity awaits. -------------------------------------- Looking for vetted remote jobs? Career tips? Insights into remote work? I lead a team who introduces the very best talent to leading organisations across permanent and contract recruitment
Are you struggling to fill some key roles in your organisation? Offering a remote opportunity might be the key to changing that. A fascinating study by Cord has just turned a spotlight on the remote work revolution and its impact on hiring. One standout statistic was that remote positions attract 44% more applicants per role compared to their hybrid and on-site counterparts. What does this tell us? Candidates are voicing their preference loud and clear. The job market is currently experiencing a mismatch: candidates are on the hunt for fully remote opportunities, but such offerings from companies have halved over the last year. This gap represents not just a challenge but a significant opportunity for employers. To capture the attention of top talent and elevate your hiring game, embracing a remote working model might just be the key. It's more than a trend; it's a strategic move that resonates with the aspirations of today's workforce. As we navigate the evolving landscape of work, it's clear that flexibility can be a major drawcard. Considering going fully remote? It could be the differentiator that sets you apart from the crowd. #RemoteWork #HiringTrends #WorkplaceFlexibility #CandidateAttraction

Interesting development in the remote work debate. Forbes has an article about remote jobs rapidly disappearing. Especially surprising are the locations: • Massachusetts: -35.02% • Rhode Island: -32.71% • Nevada: -29.03% • D.C.: -29.53% • Nebraska: -27.04% Luisiana saw a net increase. Seems like states most affected by the push to remote work are reverting the fastest. Overall, 8% of job postings are now remote, 3% lower than Q4. Tech slowdown is another factor. https://lnkd.in/gZWCPZJp
