High Ticket Remote Closing isn't just about commission checks; it's about more freedom and control. In remote closing, you are not limited to one place. A lot of closers like to divide time between multiple locations throughout the year, e.g., South America for Q1, Europe for summer. Ditching the hours of commuting each week and enjoying the freedom to set up your workspace wherever you want. Prioritize balance and finding what works best for you.

In-office vs WFH vs Hybrid is a personal preference. We all work differently. After a month of traveling from Boston to Dallas each week to be in-office, 1) I'm exhausted 2) Yet I'm energized 3) I've realized I could never do this job remotely My ramp-up has been so accelerated by being able to sit with the team, to chat in the game room, to walk the floor, and to have ad hoc conversations on anything. By being able to get to know the team as human beings, not just through a 2D video. I fully understand and respect anyone who prefers to ditch the commute and be remote. For me personally, it's worth my current 7-hour door-to-door commute to be in-person. We all work differently.

🎬 Causal Offsite montage video just dropped, featuring sunny Sussex, UK 🇬🇧 The cost was $1,500 per person (incl. flights/transport). Here's the cost breakdown + why I think in-person offsites are well worth the money for remote companies: 🛫 Transportation: $600 (flights/trains) 🛏️ Accommodation: $500 (4 nights) 🍽️ Meals: $400 These numbers are averages — half of our team flew in from the US, so their travel costs were higher than folks getting a train from London. Keeping the location local to a big chunk of the team helped save on travel, and the UK countryside is stunning! As a remote team, in-person off-sites have great ROI for us: 1️⃣ Relationships: we spend more time at work than we do with our families/friends, so having real human relationships with colleagues makes that time a lot more fun + meaningful. 2️⃣ Collaboration: solving the big, open-ended problems is what changes the trajectory of the business, but it's hard to do this over time-boxed Zoom calls. Brainstorming and problem-solving in-person is way more effective. 3️⃣ Serendipity: being together for a few days with unstructured time sparks ideas and conversations that would never happen on Slack. Some of our best product ideas have started out as a random conversation at an off-site. If you've organised a company off-site, I'd love to hear how you approach it + how much it costs — let me know in the comments!

Expert in Corporate Silent Retreats. Helping your team become more energized, focused and productive at work. Business Coach & Consultant Talks about #corporateretreats #meditation #teambuilding #mindfulness #silence
What do you want to do on a corporate offsite? A friend of mine that manages a remote 75 person team at Google did just that. You know what their number one answer was? We want to be in nature. 🍁 🌿 Most people on remote teams live in cities so I am not surprised that my friend at Google had this request. Cities are full of noise, they smell, they are super busy with everyone moving a mile a minute. Everyone really just wants to relax, in silence and be amongst the trees in nature. At Silent Focus we not only run corporate silent retreats we also run 1 day offsites in nature. https://lnkd.in/dYS_HTNV We do everything from catering the food, finding the location to providing all the activities. We only ask for a couple hours of silence without technology. Just imagine your team in the middle of nature without your phone. Doesn't that sound like heaven? If you were asked right now by your boss what you would want to do on a one day offsite what would it be? _______ Hi I am Heather Anderson contact me for more info about corporate offsites and silent retreats. #offsite #offsites #teambuilding #nature

I'm THROWING out a lot of tools today (Read: Cancelling Subscriptions). This quarter, we will be welcoming 14 new members (full-time and contractors) to the team. While we transitioned completely to a #workfromhome model post COVID, we've been testing out several new tools to build processes and systems and foster easier communication across different teams. One tool that I'm really excited to add to our workflow is GoBrunch. To create different 'virtual work-spaces' for different teams to hangout together and share ideas/discuss projects could be a real game-changer. A tool like Go Brunch can help us replicate an environment of working in close proximity (just like the real world) while we retain the productivity benefits of working virtually. If you have #wfh team, this is a tool you should definitely consider to stimulate the real world environment. - K P.S. Not a sponsored post, just a fan of the tool. Thanks, Richard Lowenthal for creating this tool.
