🚨 **Cybersecurity Alert: 23andMe Data Breach** 🚨 - **Incident**: 23andMe suffered a series of cyberattacks, with unauthorized access to customer accounts starting in April 2023 and continuing through September. - **Scope**: Hackers successfully brute-forced into around 14,000 customer accounts, using previously exposed passwords. - **Data Compromised**: Access to these accounts led to the theft of data on 6.9 million customers.
