A lot of people's first experience with tools like ChatGPT looks like this: - Think about what to do with it - Find a use case that may or may not be a good fit for AI - Write an awful, generic prompt - Get bad results - Get frustrated and leave ⚠️ This means your company is wasting money on tools that COULD give your team's superpowers (research shows >40% increase in quality for knowledge workers), but people don't get them because they don't know how to use them! With the help of ChatGPT (did you know that ChatGPT has now opened all its features to everyone? And now you can use the new model ChatGPT-4o for free, though with some search limits), I'm able to extract the most important information from these transcriptions, ensuring that nothing vital gets missed. This process not only saves time but also helps in sharing concise and valuable insights with my colleagues. 🌟 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒕𝒔: - I always can come back to the meeting main ideas; - Quick access to key points and action items; - If someone missed a meeting, they can read the summary to determine if they need to watch the entire recording. After going through the LI course cultivating an AI-first mindset, I've been more intentional about using AI to streamline workflows and make my days more productive and efficient. If you are like me, you receive hundreds of emails a day, most of which you don't really need to receive. I had ChatGPT show me how to mark as read emails where I'm copied and my name is not mentioned (and which are not sent by certain key individuals). This may sound obvious to more tech savvy people, but I think that is the power of AI. It makes someone like me, who is not as savvy, on a more equal playing field! This stuff really excites me! I'm going to have to monitor the functionality, but this could be a huge time saver! #airevolution #aichangeseverthing #efficiency
