RW Workout Week continues into Day 3.
Besides limited-edition tools and exclusive customer offers, another staple of this week-long event is our internal team members who work in our corporate offices "working out" with our sales representatives and joining them in visiting our customers.

Good morning. Just getting our day ready here. First thing we usually do is we'll check our route for the day, see what's up on the agenda and any notes, any prospects, kind of plan our day of our route, what we're going to talk to, what we're going to do, we're going to sell. So first stop today is going to be Caliber Collision in New Hampton, their national account that we deal with. We we service all of their auto body clips and hardware. Some abrasive, some chemicals, drill bits. They have a large Orcia sortiment. But again, they're national account, so we kind of go in. Whatever they use, we just we just replenish. Procedure that we followed them or we have to send the the quote to the general manager of the center manager of the location we get the approval for it. So it goes through I have four locations in this area, but we're just kind of since we're working in this area today, Main guy at the shop that we talked to in the shop is Jason. We'll get we'll see if there's any extra needs that he has or if there's any other thing that might go through there. So we'll see you shortly. Hey, guys. We're here at Caliber Collision, New Hampton. I'm here with Jay. Caliber is one of our corporate accounts. They've been account for probably about 5-6 years now, New Hampton probably in the area of like four or three after they got bought out. But Jake, one of your favorite things about work, buffing pads are pretty good. Yeah, good products. They last a while. Nice, nice. And we get them quickly when we need them as replacement. So it works good. Good service to the two as well. Service is good. Does everybody knows? And yeah, like one thing is I know Jay and I are, what helps out is we're on texting basis. So this way, you know, we're both busy in the field and he's like, hey, he runs into something, he can shoot me a text real quick. So, but that's one of the relationships I like to build with my customers just to help them out as well. They're busy, I'm busy and it all works out. Good friendship and camaraderie with friendship and. Thank you for your business. Just got done at Loyal Auto and Apple Auto body partners there, their brothers, a lot of hardware, they do their electrical stuff, a lot of chemicals. So we got a little decent order of hardware and some chemicals and electrical stuff there. We're now rolling out to CI Motorsports, import a lot of Porsche, a lot of all maintenance stuff on Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen and things like that by some hardware chemicals. Loves the spotlight, so we're gonna get into Spotlight sales with with Rick on this one as well too. So we'll see how it goes. Alright, so hit 5 customers this morning, 1 prospect follow up on a hardware order, take over for one of them. Did some good service, made some customers really happy, didn't get yelled at too much which was nice, and then I handed out some nice gifts. Also got a really nice customer testimonial as well too. I just sat down here at the Chester Diner to refuel and hit the afternoon. Got a couple more customers to see UMM help out some guys with some hardware as well too, and some Body Shop stuff and we'll call it a day. Hopefully we won't get too wet as it started pouring out, but we'll catch back with you later this afternoon. Full circle Automotive. To do some. Old Mercedes work pretty much anything, but they specialize in older Mercedes. I've seen Cobras in there. And quite assortment of vehicles. Get some brake clean hardware clamps. Sort of supplies. Always like we're specials, always looking for good deals but good customer, nice place, nice people, nice clean shop. There's some fun stuff in here. Some nice classic. A lot of little hose clamps. So we can make sure they have at least a box in here and whatever is on the shelf there. Chair Hill, Land Rover Jaguar. I'm putting away last week to order. Entire piece. Actually I prefer this because then I know what they have and where everything is about the support. The brake clean, the backup supply, industrial strength degreaser, and then I'll check the chemicals when I'm done. Please gloves again. Get ready Woods spotlight team going. Right, right. Let's see this whole machine. I'm gonna. Check underneath too. Check the offerings. Make sure they're not weakening the pressure. All of our connections are good. And nothing sleeping. Good to go. I'm waiting. Alright, just wrapping U the day here. Pretty successful day six orders today, sold 12 new products. Had some really good spotlight sales, took care of some accounts. We had a couple miss orders there, but we're going to clear those up with the customer, do a credit for them and and we reordered the correct stuff which was good. Visited 2 prospects today, had some two very good successes with them. I'm looking forward to doing some good business with them. Umm, so I hope you had fun, you know, traveling with me throughout the day and. Try this:
Think of a traffic light and see where you fall in the current moment
💚 Green=calm, cool, collected
💛 Yellow= fight or fight state
❤️ Red= shutdown
Once we have identified where we are we can begin to move between these lights with clarity and control.

Each company has its own approach to sales and how they deal with their customers. Even by looking at two companies in the same industry, there is a big chance that their sales process doesn’t have anything in common.
Inmold’s way is direct and hands-on approach. That means that we try to spend as much time as possible with the customer, either through visits or fairs.
And here comes the story about airplane toy… 😀
We got it from our national carrier AirSerbia at the beginning of this year as a small gift for successful cooperation. Immediately, we made a stand for it, placed it in our sales office and made a rule for our sales team:
“Who ever sees this airplane more than three days in a row, buys a drink for everyone in the office” 🙂
What do you think about this rule?
▶️ You already know that customers have their guards up when they walk onto the lot or into the showroom. 😟 They are expecting you to try to sell them right off the bat. ⛔ Don't prove them right. Starting the meet and greet with a cheesy sales line or diving right in with a "what can I sell you, today?" attitude will make any customer suspicious and uneasy. 🛑 Don't confirm their belief that you only care about one thing – and that is to sell them a car.
