Recently I sat in meeting with a CEO and we were talking about the traffic faced daily to and from work from south to POS and he asked a valid question that really stuck with me and I think it’s worth sharing,” when you spend 3 hours to get to work and leave at dark to return back at home at dark and spending more time to get home.. where are you finding personal time for yourself before the next day?” Hybrid work has been successful for so many. You have happier employees because they are able to find that work and personal balance especially on days they get to work from home. There’s less burnout and better performance. Not to mention it helps with the traffic congestion daily that we face and also helps the environment! What are your thoughts?💭
