2023 was a year of change and innovation for us. With the brand transformation to VETEC ANLAGENBAU, we have created an independent and unique label. Under a fresh brand identity, we combine the strengths of a regional family business with the high-tech aspirations of a global manufacturer of individual premium system solutions for thermal food treatment. Another highlight of this year was the successful product launch of the AEROMAT CROSS POWER. It is our most innovative and ground-breaking new development, because for the first time we have succeeded in transferring the air pressure and speed of a modern hot smoking system to cross-flow technology. We will be presented with the International FoodTec Award for this at ANUGA FoodTec 2024. But that's all in the future. For now, it's time to recharge our batteries and relax. We're thrilled to share the post-evaluation of Wingle Group's recent attendance of Champs Trade Show 2024. The expo brought together a diverse array of exhibitors, including manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, as well as new start-ups and suppliers. Major insights and product innovations obtained from the alternatives to smoking industry encompass the following: - The industry was mostly represented by vaporizers and e-cigarettes standing as the biggest product categories available at the expo; - New methods of Age/ID verification and device authorization both for connected e-cigarettes and vaporizers markets were presented; - A wide range of disposable e-cigarettes of innovative shapes and designs, with connected features, customizable displays and touch screens were brought to the expo by the industry players; - Presentations of special nebulizers for atomization of water soluble active substances were made; - A minor share of the products was covered by the oral pouches and ingestibles, which show a growing popularity; - Companies search for a new PMTA-exempt alkaloids or psychoactive substances, developing new blends and mixes of different substances; - There was a certain interest noticed in the NFC tagging of products and packages to preserve modern and convenient communication method of interaction with consumer.
