It's like the idiocy never finds rock bottom. Here's a great article speaking to yet another California bill that would increase litigation versus increase cost for everyone. If this passes, I can almost guarantee that once an employee hears they can get paid to go to PT, DURING WORK HOURS, every therapy session will result in a 3 hour lunch break. It's as if these policy makers are either getting paid by CAAA, are so uninformed as to be led around like a toy dog, or are simply using the approach to try and "buy" more votes for re-election (even though WE ALL pay for the votes through higher prices). None of these are acceptable and the person should be voted out of office.
