How to tell if you need to 𝙪𝙥𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 your sales deck? Three questions: 1/ Does your sales process includes pitching using a deck? If yes → proceed. If not → don’t bother. 2/ Is sales your bottleneck, or is it marketing? If yes → proceed. If not → fix your marketing first. 3/ Do you want to improve your close rate? If yes → proceed. If not → don’t bother. My 𝘖𝘯𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩 client was probably doing pretty good already. With over 300K followers on IG, getting lead is easy. He and his team was making 5 figure monthly. But if sales can be improved, why not? So I worked with them, focusing on: 1. Clear communication of their value proposition and process. 2. Highlighting results and testimonials. 3. On-brand design.
