This was the first quarter for me as an Office Coordinator at Egali Toronto, as well as the initial quarter for victoria ximenna as a Sales Consultant, and for Amanda Alvise and Amanda Fioravanti Sanches as Operational Consultants. The results were remarkable. We achieved the highest sales volume in the office's history and an 80% NPS score. Additionally, this quarter served as a learning experience for both my team and me. One of the most crucial aspects contributing to this success was selecting the right individuals for the team. I'm not just referring to their *hard skills*, but also their *soft skills*. In my opinion, a competent coordinator can teach the hard skills, but our work is made easier if the candidate possesses the following soft skills and characteristics: - A thirst for knowledge: A desire to learn; someone who, regardless of whether it's within their field or not, exhibits curiosity and a desire to expand their understanding; - An eagerness to build a career or strive for excellence in their role to earn recognition from the company; - Self-awareness: This is crucial for effective teamwork. Recognizing one's limits, strengths, and weaknesses is vital; - Commitment: This is essential. The individual must be prepared to give their best. In today's world, *soft skills* are as important as hard skills, and I dare say, depending on the field, they may be even more critical. Thank you, girls.
