Hiring employees on their passion, merit and skills rather than making unrealistic promise of job role and potential earnings makes Zerodha a classic example of a company who values honesty, integrity and imbibes it into hiring process. This is essential in building a strong and trustworthy workforce. A unique way of hiring most of the companies in India should follow to succeed. Talking to employees and having conversation about philosophy of life is great way to know about a candidate. #hiring #recruitment #skills #MBA

"A small team of A players can run circles around a big team of B players" Stop hiring more. Start hiring right. Every A player in sales I’ve worked with had 3 things in common. (Besides the fact that they were all pains in my a$$ 😉 - IYKYK) 1) They had the Will to win Unstoppable pursuit of their goals 2) They had strong beliefs About the product, the approach, their worth, the value they brought 3) They had skill pouring out of them But having the skill was never enough, they were in a constant state of improving their skills I’ve never met true A players without all 3 of these things. P.S. I can test salespeople for these with 92% accuracy. And my data set is 2.4 million. Don’t you want more A players? DM me. Let's talk.

"Cold calling is a waste of time; our new sales hires won't do it." I got a TON of hate for this ^ BACKROUND Last week, I announced we are hiring BDRs. I mentioned they won't need to cold call because I believe it's a waste of time. This sparked a lot of controversy here. So, let’s put it to the test... I'm hiring 3 new sales reps for my team. My phone number is all over the internet (Apollo, zoom info...etc). It's also on my profile page. Crazy, I know. If you can somehow get my attention (anywhere you can find me, LinkedIn message, cold-call, text, email..etc). I'll hire the best one. In three months, I'll post the results here on how they did. My phone will be on all day for cold pitches - I'll record the best few. Let's see if cold calling still works...

I have a strong trigger for lead agencies So companies like lemlist, Salesforge 🔥, Smartlead, Clay all have "hiring" channels. You should check them, it's filled with lots of opportunities. You can setup an auto-scrape of Slack channels (using PhantomBuster) so essentially pull hiring information on auto-pilot. These are companies looking for people like you, so it's pretty hot. You will be able to reply on the day of posting if you use a Clay workflow ;) I've not personally tried it, but if anyone has lemmno.

SKOs aren’t just fun. They’re an opportunity for revenue teams to unite. To work & learn together. The outcome should make stronger revenue organizations that can accelerate. I was lucky to lead Yuno’s SKO. After some days with the team; they’re building the strongest Enterprise revenue org in global payments. They also happen to be hiring for top enterprise talent 👀 The lessons learned are too long for this post, but if you’re looking for Enterprise Sales oppportunities; don’t sleep on this one!

Poor Jake. Sales hiring is too important to mess up. A single mishire can cost you upwards of $300K. Valuable time and resources are wasted interviewing someone who shouldn't have been hired in the first place. That's a hard pill to swallow, especially for a growing company. Unfortunately, we see this all the time. Six months later, they're calling us to find their backfills. Here's how we helped an insurrection company sidestep a potential $1.2M pitfall: -Hired 4 top-performing AEs in just 60 days -All exceeded their first-quarter targets by an average of 27% -Resulted in a 32% boost in new business revenue -Achieved 100% retention of team after year Yes, our client paid us close to six figures for these 4 hires but that's a fraction of what potential mishires would have cost you in the end. Love, Your friends at Arkham Talent

🙋🏽♂️ I'm hiring for an AE - This is a once-in-a-career opportunity 🔥 If you can demonstrate evidence of being great at PG (as an SDR & AE), are willing to put the work in to become a GREAT AE and think you can operate in a high-performance environment, let's talk. Four months into my journey at Wiz, I'm able to show you a path to success based on your potential patch and my team's success in that time - no hopes/dreams being sold. 5/6 AEs are on track to achieve between 100%-300% of quota in Q3, the sixth AE is in his first Q with us. P.S. Most suited to an Enterprise AE or experienced Commercial AE. Alice Carlisle Josh Reiner Tom Finch Nick Ross Marina Ayton Ben Bailey James Double Julia Weimer Ben Fairhall 🪄

To my LinkedIn Network 🥰 I think by now you all know how much I enjoy helping others. Not being a resource for someone is not in my nature. 🤍 However - time is valuable! Ever since I joined Deel I have had an overwhelming (in a good way) amount of interest from people I know and do not know. Soooo many texts and LI messages. I simply try my best to get to them all. Words of advice if you are looking to get a job at Deel. - Go above and beyond with your research and prep before reaching out to someone to connect you. I mean this in the nicest way possible, sending a note saying "How do you like Deel? Do you think I would be a good fit?" - when I have never worked or interacted with you, isn't screaming "let me vouch for this person". We receive hundreds / thousands of applicants. Pro tips: Listen to podcasts with our leaders (check out 20VC) and then craft a video stating why your experience, drive, tenacity, and love for what we do makes you want to work here! Include why we should consider you and what big impact and energy you are going to bring to the company. 🎙️ Follow leaders like Mike Gallardo who share what has been blowing him away in the interview process 🤯 Even better - ATTEND THIS EVENT BELOW!!!! Jan 18th: 6pm EST - Mike Gallardo, Delaney White, Chelsea Taylor-Seiferth, and Chris Lee will be hosting an awesome virtual event. What a great way to do your research, interact with leadership right off the bat, feel out the culture, and see if it's the best fit for you. If I wanted a job at Deel - this is a must attend event. I am always here to help - just want to provide some advice in hopes it helps with your career search and breaking into Deel! I promise I see your messages. Keep it up 😍 Cheers
Do you want to join Deel's Sales Team? 🤔 Curious how we grew from $1m to $400m ARR in 3 years? 📈 Want to meet some of our sales leadership and learn about our culture? 👨🚀 Interested in selling a "Need-to-have" product? 🎯 I'm hosting a virtual hiring happy hour January 18 @ 6pm EST!
