1moWe have had nothing but appalling service in relation to a dryer we have had that is less than 2 years old but there first fault occurred in the first year! Each time we contact someone we get advised that as we do not pay for repair cover we are not entitled to any repair, unless we pay. But the dryer is faulty and under the consumer rights act we have rights we have tried to act upon. Even offered mediation but we get nothing back. We hardly use the dryer as there is only 2 of us. We need someone to come back to us and have sent a letter before claim in.
