On the 23rd anniversary of the deadliest terror attack in U.S. history, we remember and pay our respects to the thousands of innocent civilians whose lives were taken, the hundreds of courageous first-responders that sacrificed everything to save their fellow citizens, and the families forever changed by this atrocity. While today serves as a painful reminder of the events that unfolded in 2001, we must work to shift our focus to celebrate the bravery, selflessness, and the indominable spirit of the heroes that were born from the chaos of 9/11. Since the #BIOSECURE Act was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives at the beginning of this year, the speculation and concern over its potential impacts have sent shockwaves through the #biopharma industry.
